Hey everyone, follow me to a country food bank where I get food for the elderly in my church. Our little church pantry serves in the case of emergencies here in our small town. I often have to raid my freezer, shelves and the church pantry to pull together emergency food boxes for people experiencing a loss, sickness or financial emergency. Its so nice to be able to whip something together in a matter of minutes.
Finding joy ❤️ in the little things and saving money 💰 by being creative and a little scrappy. I thrift, scrounge and forage in my vlogs. Hope you will follow along.

Great food pantry haul. It's so kind of you to donate to the elderly because in this day and age ,we all need a little help. Food is a right and not a privilege. No one should go hungry . May God bless you for your kindness

❤ I go to the local food banks near me. I go to two of them one is a food, distribution drive where you don’t have to get out of your vehicle, and all people are welcome to come until they run out of food and the other one I typically go to is a regular food bank And they both have helped me and my family out so much. It has been my saving grace to be honest my husband lost his job in October and income for us has been difficult. He has been blessed with a job making around the same income as he used to make but by the time we pay bills we don’t have any leftover for food and we’re family of six. I have four growing kiddos. I just donated some food recently we been blessed for two months of back pay on snap and I wanted to give back bc they have helped feed me and my family ❤ much love from Tennessee

We are in a similar situation. My contract ended right when my husband left his job to pastor full time. Between all the counseling, classes and just care for people, I am kinda glad I have the time.....but we are living on not much.

Bless you and your family❤ thank you for giving back to help others , I seen your from the pacific northwest also, my brother just moved from the Pacific Northwest from Seattle Washington to Minnesota to be closer to our mom and it’s so expensive to live there. I’m subscribed and liked

Excellent! Thank you for helping me feed the hungry and serving Him.😊 Hunger is real and continues 😢 It was a great day today at the food pantry where I volunteer. Well, except for the fight lol. Tomato paste, imo, is SO underrated. It is quite versatile and can even be frozen. I could give away 3x more than we receive at our small food pantry. It's also cheap to buy if anyone is looking to donate healthy food.

I love this! Thanks for giving your time. It takes a lot of hands to run some food banks. I have a few people in the church that could really use the help but won't go. If I put it out it walks away tho. 😉 I pland on doing more videos about cooking some of these items. Beans and lentils are so nutritious and underrated.

@rachaeloregon38 we have 13+ pantry staples, fresh produce (some we grow in our organic garden), leftover bagels, bread and pastry from Panera and usually a misc table of junk. I have not yet succeeded in getting parishioners to just give healthy food!!! I will continue the quest lol. I've learned much from the old ladies how best to utilize our offerings, and do some of them in my home. Bless you.
