As a former drug dealer and user and I'm not happy about that this is the true meaning of life in drugs I've seen it really is the best I've seen ,God Bless and help us all drugs are not the way to go stay streate and live peace be with you always

Dark film. Certainly didn’t glamorise drugs. Thirty years later I want to see it again.

Greg Allman was good casting as William Gaines. Saw it last night. Good casting all round.

I've only seen this movie in 1992 many times and I read the book a couple of times, one of my absolute favorites. And of course the soundtrack was great!!

I saw it at the theater. It was not good then. It's not good now. Jennifer Jason Leigh's fake Southern accent was beyond pathetic. Jason Patric looked the same in The Lost Boys. In 9 shorts months the characters went from strangers to two cop junkies screwing to screw.
