Jackie wasn't accustomed to the US practices of movie making. Seeing as though Jackie wasn't in control of his shots during the fight ,like he usually is when he films and produces his movies in China, it makes for a bad impression when the US producers dont take as much times to retake scenes and take his art seriously.
