Fun fact: While filming the bar fight scene Jackie was completely unaware of the history behind the N-word. After recording the scene he asked Chris Tucker why everyone would be so mad because the scene wasn't making sense to him and after Chris Tucker explained he was ashamed and vowed to never say it again and that he wouldn't do anymore Rush Hour movies if he had to use that word again.

One of Jackie Chan's first roles is as an extra in a Bruce Lee film and Bruce accidentally hits Jackie for real with nunchucks or a bo or something. They finished the scene and Bruce rushed to Jackie apologizing but Jackie took it as a badge of honor. That day Bruce Lee validated Jackie Chan. Legends!

If you’re impressed here, Jackie Chans stunts in his Hong Kong movies are FAR superior compared to his American ones. Jackie use to talked about how much he hated the production for US movies cause they’re so rushed and edited poorly. Also him and Chris Tucker were not the best of friends in real life either during the first movie. Chris Tucker would always show up late, crack jokes and improv during scenes. Jackie wasn't use to that or Tuckers hyperactive-ness. Plus Chan's english wasnt as good back then.

Many, though not all, modern museums rent artifacts from their rightful nations. However, we also need to keep in mind that some of the artifacts original owners have legitimately changed owners when nations choose to sell artifacts to museums with better viewing values (more people come to see/generate more revenue). Pieces on display today in reputable museums require authentication by recognized owners. The catch is that previously stolen items may take years to be established as stolen.

I don’t think they could make a Rush Hour 4 in this climate or if they did, it wouldn’t hit the same. And both actors have voiced wanting to make a part 4 since as far back as 2018. Still ain’t made it though. If this trilogy was made today, Chris Tucker would be racist in 1, homophobic in 2, and transphobic in 3.

When you watch any Jackie Chan movie it’s important to realize he does his own stunts and action scenes. Every movie he does has some of the best stunts you’ll see.

I can't wait to watch"Rush Hour 2. Chris Tucker is one of my favorite comedians of all-time. Jackie is true legend. Should watch "Mr. Nice Guy and my all-time favorite "Rumble in the Bronx. ⚘

One day I was going to Wing Chun training here in Melbourne, and there was a crowd of people, so I went and had a look and it was Jackie Chen doing a tram stunt lol

She "hates the fact that he's wearing a suit during all these action sequences"... what? What should he be wearing throughout the movie? A leotard?

Shanghai Noon and Shanghai Knights are definitely up these movies alley. Jackie does well in movies where a counterpart is present.
