you literally described the reason why i quit but still watch videos Its a great game but I refuse to spend that much money on rng/gambling, adventures yes packs no. It already felt onesided with certain cards being must haves now with the new faster rotations it is impossible to keep up as a f2p. The worst part of this all is that in order to get the dust and coins needed to be competitive you have ot play unfun netdecks for like months till you can play fun creative decks.

I can, you don't. If you are a F2P player like me at the beggining you farm the game, not wasting any dust and buying packs from classic and sets that won't rotate the next year, play bad decks that you craft with the card you got from packs and play mostly on casual and rank as much to rank 15, and then when the new expansion hits on April you use the gold you should have been saving for the last 1-2 months and expend it on the new expansion packs, then wait a couples of weeks and craft a decent control deck not too expensive on legendaries and trying to use the ones you got and a cheaper good aggro deck, and then keep farming up the game hitting at least rank 5 every season to get your golden epics (crafting only the safe legendaries for a time). I did just that when I started and in less than 1 year got myself a pretty good and extensive collection spending a total of 0$.

@@Elcaballerodesigilo I understand you strategy but I play video games to have fun not to meticulously plan how play for the next few months in order to have fun later. I am more than willing to pay money for cards if I can get the cards I want at reasonable prices but Blizzard is too greedy for something like 50-100$ for 1 copy of every card in an expansion. I dont have the time or energy to play in a manner I find unfun so that I can have fun later on. I would rather work 8-16 hours extra and spend that money on the cards I want over wasting my free time for a weeks on end to reach the same result
