He still was gonna sell that slot and needed to buff hydra so it didn't mattered if he had maexxna for 1 turn

and imagine putting voidlord as a divine shield breaker so that your hydra attack is delayed by one turn, then complain when it gets sniped.

To buff him with the taunt buffer since he gave him a shit load of stats with it I get your point but I think the choice isn't that clear

to get mad stats, also there are 5 other taunt minions, it's not even risky really, it can backfire tho obviously. But the stats are just worth that small amount of risk

You have to get it to golden pretty fast like in the video, otherwise he is suck.

did it with shudderwock before, never got it to 111/111 but i got it to 56/56

It is still garbage, the instances youtubers make videos out of are the outliers, not the norm of what you can expect.

Crowd Favorite got me like 3 wins in more then 10 tries making her work. only when she gets golden asap and you have strong buff targets - most likly murlocs or beast. every win i had with her was carried by a golden nightmare ama alongside with hydra and brann. crowd favorit actually sucks since she can't get shield - still fun card but not much impact.

Golden branz + discover murlock combo is insane. You basically get 4 battle cry and + 1 gold. The only minus is long animation.
