Hi, I'm Catholic and Catholicism have no teachings similar to new age. It is the other way around. New age has taken Christian and biblical symbolisms, and rituals and twisted it into their own. Anything occult is prohibited in Catholicism as it goes against the scriptures and is a direct disobedience of the first commandment of God. Also, every good Catholic knows that Mary, the saints, and the images are not to be worshiped. Only God. We also believe that only Jesus can save us and the one who saves us from sin. When I had strayed a little and watched new age stuffs through youtube, it is my foundation in the Catholic Church and my faith in God that made me to turn my back on it. I started watching Angelica's content when Michael Knowles, a Catholic, interviewed her about her journey from new age to Jesus.

@@Kariktan214 Same here. Catholic and came through Michael Knowles. I think Angela is amazing, and I also hope she digs more openly into Catholicism. Rome Sweet Home by Scott Hahn is a great start -- he was a Protestant scholar who set out to disprove the Catholic Church, and he came up empty. He and his wife are now fully committed to the Catholic faith as missionaries. "Catholic works" is a misnomer. Faith is lived, and that's what the sacraments and the Rosary are for. Likewise, if you believe in scripture, then you would need to believe all of it -- including Jesus commanding his apostles to form the Church. You can't throw the baby out with the bath water.

And there is a video called " The BEAUTY about catholicism w/ Michael Knowles" as he talks about the church he smokes a cigar, wow. Scott Hahn, I listened to his couple sermons, I do plan to do more research about him because of language I noticed he used like 3rd eye & I wanted to see what are the people he vouched for, it will give me better idea how mystical his life is. Angela is not going to explore any other dominations, she experienced & had her encounter with God who saved her so why would she change doctrines? I have big story too, in a instant my cancer disappeared, I heard God's audible voice, and I had few other big experiences, God commanded me to work for him, did God forget to mention to me about catholicism? Cathlic people who truly love Jesus will be saved, not all Cathlic people know what's going in the tunnel rooms under capital vatican place or what's on Constantine's sculptured arch, it's paganism, well half of you do know and venerate art or the artist, why? Does Jesus venerate pagan sculpture? I hope Russell sees Angela's video.

At age 19 he witnessed the death of his best friend being struck by lightning. Afraid he would die also, he promised God he would become a priest out of fear but he did not have a true vocation or calling to the priesthood. While a seminarian and once a priest he struggled with scrupulosity and lust. No matter how hard he tried, lustful desires overcame him and he thought he would go to hell. In an attempt to find a way out of this dilemma he rewrote the Bible and removed 7 books. He added the word “alone” saying “you are saved by faith alone. He was going insane. Padre Pio also said that Martin Luther is in Hell. St. Padre Pio said that Luther was a great heretic and his fate was horrific and terrifying. The Church does not have a new heart. There's no scripture to support that. The New Covenant has not started yet. Is the letter of Hebrews written to the Church? If Yes, where does it say that the New Covenant started?

When it says (Whoever sins has neither seen Him nor knows Him) that's talking about the person that's not saved. *Now look at 1JOHN 1:8, our flesh sins. *We can walk in darkness, 1JOHN 1:6, cross reference with Romans 13:12 The Lukewarm: Jesus could wish they were cold or hot not Lukewarm. =Revelation 3:15 The Lukewarm, are people who are not saved. *The Lukewarm people are naked, they have no garments on.= Revelation 3:17,18 *There are some believers that have defiled their garments, they are not naked= Revelation 3:4 Now go back to Revelation 3:21 = (to him who overcomes,) cross reference that with 1JOHN 5:4,5, (we overcome the world, through our faith.)
