I am a new person and I just pray that the person reading this will or has accepted christ in his or her life. He really can change you. I pray this pain and suffering upon no one. i have been struggling with eating disorders for many years now and i'm only 16. recently life has been tough. my absolutely beloved dog died, school has been stressing me out and as a result of all this stress and emotion i stopped eating. this has been going for the past maybe two weeks. i completely distanced myself from God because i was too ashamed to face him because i knew even if i repented i would still follow my own will to loose weight because i felt like i couldnt but to at that time. today i have finally given in. i want to get out of this cycle again. i cried to my mom and she helped me. i am so so blessed to have a mother like her. thank you so much God. she is a beautiful child of Yours. she made me whatever food i wanted instantly. I'm so sorry for everything i have done against Your will. thank you for this. this video popped up and i am convinced it was not by coincidence. may the Lord bless you all Jesus is perfect Amen

I graduated college last December and have been working for the last year. I have had this compulsive desire to "prove myself" which has led to me caring too much about what others (my bosses, coworkers, our clients) think about me. I pray for things to go as I planned not keeping in mind that God is in control. I hold on to a lot to what I asked for in prayer and call it having faith but then I become a SLAVE to the fear and worry of "What if things don't work out?". I need to stop caring about being in control all the time. I have this unhealthy obsession with needing things to be perfect and the I planned them and if not then It's the end of the world. Really needed to hear this. I’ll be a junior next fall in college, and it’s going to be my first year going in person, since I did my first 2 years completely online. I’ve been suffering with a lot of anxiety and fear about being on campus, worrying about being around so many other kids, what they might think of me, and being on campus away from my parents for the first time ever. Your words really helped me so much to realize all that matters is what God thinks of me and how he feels about me. I know that I shouldn’t fear being “alone” (away from parents) on campus, because God is always with me, every step of the way. I’m never alone because of him. I know now that as long as I have faith and fully put my trust in God, I will be okay. Everything will be okay. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but a spirit of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Hoping to fully have this mindset locked in by next fall, and finally get rid of the fear that’s been controlling my life. Thank you so so much for making this video ❤️❤️

2 Timothy 1:7 has been on my heart a large amount lately: "For God did not give us a spirit of fear, but a spirt of power, love, and a sound mind" The spirit we have been given by God [the Holy Spirit] is not like the spirits of this earth. The spirit we are given is not even the spirit that we are created with, but a spirit of power and love. We as Christians NEED to not rely on our own spirit or the spirits of the world which love to tempt and corrupt. There is no way we can live care-free without God. Dig deep into God; abide in Jesus.

Not worrying and not caring are very different

I was like that before, and it was amazing and peaceful. I started to care cause people got in my personal space, and my mind couldn't take it. I think that's why it's so important to let go and stop caring cause you can potentially lose yourself.😮‍💨❤️🔥

I want to be led by the holy spirit and walk with obedience. Sometimes, I get caught up in worldly rewards. I get caught up in the ups and downs of life. I want to be better, and I write this to let someone else know that you are not alone. We are human and will fall. How will you react to the scrapes and bruises? Keep getting up and following no matter how far off the path you get, God/Jesus will be right there to guide you when you ask for it. It’s not necessarily caring less, but caring less about yourself. It’s that humility of dying to yourself and solely caring about other people. This, in theory, prevents you from caring on what other people have to say about you because if u remove your pride, then there’s no pride to hurt. However you still know your worth in God and know that what the world says doesn’t matter anyways
