When i first learned of his suffering in the garden of Gethsemane. I thought to myself how grateful i must be to our savior , who suffered for us. But i didnt know about the whippings that he recieved , with a whip simalar to a cat of nine tails. Except the leather of this whip was sewn with stones medal.shards which caused the skin to be ripped from ones body. And then crown with a crown of thorns, but not jist any thorns, but these were over an inch long thorns. He was also besten till his jaw was broken. And he could have died at anytime. But he loves us so, that he willing stayed and paid the futherest amount for our sake. That we might have eternal life . This shook me. And broke my heart,.for i have sinned like no other.
