I can't provide the exact date, but I do know that in one of their military parades, which was on display to the world, in the sixties or late fifties, they flew the same bomber formation over the scene again and again. The bomber formation would fly over the parade and then circle around and fly over the parade again. This scared the shit out of the United States, and we built thousands of missiles aimed at Russia. As for the Black Sea incident, I am skeptical. It might have happened, but I doubt if it was the way you characterize it. We've never put our aircraft carriers into the Black Sea. Cruisers and destroyers, yes, but not aircraft carriers.

During the Cold War when the Russians said they were afraid of an invasion from the West I would think they were paranoid and ridiculous, because the U.S. would never do something like that. Now the U.S. is in the Ukraine, poised for an invasion of Russia. I still don't think the U.S. would do that, but I could be wrong. If Russia was in Mexico or Canada the entire U.S. would go berserk.

I haven't watched the video fully yet but I agree. This is my point of view from this point. if ww3 happened with no nukes Russia and it's allies would wipe the floor with NATO. You got to see it from this point of view all the small countrys in-between Russia and the major NATO countrys would most likely end up joining russia then you got to deal with superior numbers Russia most likely has more tanks then most of the NATO countrys combined yes they obviously would be outdated but if they just keep coming you would eventually run out of ammo then they would just roll over NATO then you got to deal with china and north Koreas military china alone has one of the biggest military's in the world plues the manpower they have backing it. And once Europe falls the US and the remaining allies would have a hard time taking everything back take a look at WW2 D-day if Germany wasn't at war with the USSR they would of held Europe no question about it in my mind but the only thing what could stop a wave of eastern tanks would be air support but if you have no where to land and rearm and refuel your no good yes there is aircraft carriers but Russia has some of the best anti ship missiles in the world so getting them close would be a death trap so to some up I think Russia and it's allies could take Europe but at a survey cost of manpower and when it comes to US vs Russia one on one Russia would win they just have more equipment and manpower. Just like Germany in WW1 Army, air force, biggest Navy, WW2 they also had the biggest Army, Air force, navy sub force, in the world, and look what happened to them.
