The Ukrainian Military didn't actually use the hospital for anything. The Russians provided some information actually. There is a military plant "Artema" that the Russians were indeed targeting. And the Russian missile did hit that plant. However, an AMAAR missile supplied bybthebUS must have gone astray and hit the hospital.
