Russia, Kazakhstan Battle Worst Flooding in Nearly a Century | Firstpost Earth
Russia and Kazakhstan are battling record floods after last week, several rivers - including the Ural, Europe's third-largest - burst their banks due to rapidly melting snow and ice causing them to swell. Water levels in the Ural River near Orenburg rose to over 10 metres. The deluge of meltwater has forced more than 100,000 people from their homes in Russia and Kazakhstan. The Kremlin has said Russian President Vladimir Putin will soon have a video call with the emergency minister and the governors of the flooded regions to discuss the situation. Experts say a significant reason for the floods can be attributed to seasonal variations and climate change.

Thanks, we appreciate it But the fan fact is there was drought in past years, Russia didn’t gave us water for our farming by collecting water to platinum. When they got incident with snow melting and after getting flooded they happily opened platinums.

That’s exactly their blame not climate change. There was a drought in past years, they collected water to platinums instead of giving it to withered farming. When they got incidents with snow melting and after getting flooded they happily opened platinums and now My 🇰🇿 under water.
