Russia has shamed the U.S on the recent resolution concerning Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMDs)In Outer Space. The Initiative Urging Nations to Prevent an Arms Race In Space Was Jointly Proposed By Japan And The United States. The Draft Was Not Adopted Owing to The Negative Vote of A Permanent Member Of The Council That Is Russia. Why Is U.S Lecturing Other States about Use of WMDs Yet They’re Not Against It - Russia Calls for A Ban On All Sorts Of Weapons Not Just WMDs But Us Is Selective, why?
