Therefore, our norm should provide not only for the restriction of rights of foreign individuals but also for their termination, so that enforcement can be directed in favor of the Russian state, Russian legal entities, and individuals against the property of foreign legal entities from unfriendly countries. This will require a certain adjustment of Russian civil legislation. But America and Americans must pay for their criminal decisions. Fiat justitia, et pereat mundus!
