Russia announced on Monday, it has started preparing for nuclear weapons exercises near Ukraine, accusing Western officials of making “provocative statements and threats" by deepening their support for Ukraine.
Last week, French President Macron hinted at deploying French troops in Ukraine, while UK's David Cameron said that Ukraine had the right to use British weapons for strikes within Russia.

What’s makes nuclear weapons tactical ? There is no universal definition . tactical nuclear weapons are often defined by their size & range or their use for limited targets. There is no agreed- upon size that characterizes tactical weapons.but They are usually much larger than conventional bombs causing radioactive fallout & other deadly effects beyond effects beyond the explosion itself NATO did cross red lines

You understand very little. NATO was created to counter the Soviet Union and Russia expansionism. It was not created to be a club where if you are in you are safe. Some nations like the U.S. would not need to be part of it. NATO is meant to stop any nation including Russia if they start annexing and expanding to any other nation; nato member or not. Also, don’t forget the U.S. gave defensive guarantees to give up their nukes when they had them. We would not be having this issue if Ukraine kept their nukes. The least the U.S. can do is offer military aid after disarming Ukraine and not meeting their end of the deal.
