The White House signs the checks and every step of the process of shipping aid is under the Executive Branch. What's required and what happens may not be the same thing. Remember "First I'll need a favor, though"? That was aid passed by Congress.

With the recent choice of VP, and with the continuing absolute disregard for norms and institutions, one of the candidates absolutely feasibly could end aid to Ukraine from the US.
If US aid ends in Ukraine their opinion in Ukraine will cease, same for if they leave NATO then NATO's handcuffs will be released and if Russia oversteps its bounds they can do what they want. it seems to be the US is currently holding NATO and Ukraine back despite the aid being given.
Biden and Sullivan doing this currently, maybe you haven't been paying attention. US leaving NATO is impossible as it is a Treaty and is part of the Senate's power and not any other branch of Govt.
Before folk start freaking out over issues at the Rostov NPP, bear in mind that it operates 4 VVER 1000 reactors NOT the RBMK type that went pop at Chernobyl. VVER's are decent reactors with proper containment domes and safety systems are comparable to Gen IIIs in the West. The chances of a radiation leak are small.
Considering Constantine's relation to Rostov (and his experience working in the Russian energy sector), I wonder if he'll have a video up soon regarding the power plant.
even after , even if trumpf wins,, if he really does what some say, the us will be kicked out of Europe, and Usa can not afford that,, so if he really means USA first, he will have to help ukr,, or loose any influence anywhere ,, and THAT would be the End of USA as we know it , NOBODY would by US arms anymore ,,who would trust those who help ru ??
It's not that uncommon for a reactor to go off line due to a fault with the generator or connected transmission system. They are designed to accommodate such.
Please don't start every new story with "but with that . . .". it is very distracting. If you have to use a filler, "and with that" at least makes sense.
