I was just looking at a statement.They say that Russian soldiers cannot believe how quickly they enter Selidovo, comparing the battles in Mariupol and Bakhmut. It's like they don't know what's going on, so they supposedly doubt that it's so easy to enter the city?!!
Ingredients: For the Sauce: 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce (for color) 1 tablespoon oyster sauce 1 teaspoon fish sauce 1 teaspoon sugar 1-2 teaspoons sambal or chili paste (adjust to taste) For the Stir-Fry: 300g fresh flat rice noodles (or dried flat noodles soaked until soft) 150g prawns, peeled and deveined (optional: add squid or cockles) 100g Chinese lap cheong sausage or regular sausage, sliced 2 eggs 1 cup bean sprouts 1 cup Chinese chives or green onions, chopped into 2-inch pieces 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 tablespoons lard or vegetable oil 1 tablespoon chili paste (optional, for extra heat) Optional Toppings: Fried shallots Lime wedges Sambal (chili paste) Instructions: Step 1: Prepare the Sauce In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and sambal. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Set aside. Step 2: Stir-Fry the Noodles Heat a large wok or frying pan over high heat. Add the lard or vegetable oil. Once the oil is hot, add the garlic and fry until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add the prawns (and other seafood if using) and Chinese sausage. Stir-fry until the prawns turn pink and the sausage starts to release its oils (about 1-2 minutes). Step 3: Add Noodles and Sauce Push the ingredients to the side of the wok, then crack the eggs into the center. Scramble them slightly, then mix everything together. Add the noodles to the wok, followed by the sauce mixture. Stir-fry everything quickly, ensuring the noodles are coated evenly with the sauce. Step 4: Add Vegetables and Finish Toss in the bean sprouts and Chinese chives. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until the vegetables are slightly wilted but still crisp. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, adding more soy sauce or sambal for extra flavor. Step 5: Serve Dish up the Char Kway Teow, and optionally top with fried shallots and a squeeze of lime for added zest. Serve immediately with sambal on the side for those who like extra heat.
