Mostly they already are dangerous killers, you don´t consider serving as cannon fodder for six months unless you committed a very serious crime with a long sentence. Besides, i think they didn´t plan on having too many of those inmates surviving the 6 months.
could the "ten times lower" reoffending rate amongst convicts returning from the war be because over 90% of the convicts being sent to the front are bing killed in action?
But it was not shocking to u at all when the ukrianian nazi regime did the same thing ? But the ukrianian nazi regime simply just handed weapons to all of the convics with no ID or nothing. Just sthu already
If they were hoping these criminals to be killed in the war but didn't think that they survive and then commit crimes again and say they are not a threat.
I don´t know, Was it madness to call it terror when Afghans, Iraqi or Libyan people attacked western territory when their homelands got invaded and occupied? I don´t see much of a difference.
@@1112viggo Why all of you, brainwashed, trying to compare two completely different wars? So according to you rockets launched in the direction of Israel is OK thing? Probably not. A well as that terrorist organizations are supported by Iran and Palestine is pretend that they are doesnt exist. Why try to mix the right to defend wich Ukraine is using against the terrorism of russia? Russia is the world-level recognized terrorist state what else do you need to know?
There is no news about Indian Spaceship Chandrayaan 3 becoming successful. The BBC showed only the darker side of India, but the BBC didn't show the brighter side of India.
And you think Ukraine isn't doing the exact same thing??? Lol. Both sides will do almost anything short of nukes to win this war. That's just the nature of open conflict.
I said this was going to happen the moment I learned that Wagner was recruiting from prisons and among perpetrators of serious crimes. It's just too obvious. So I think that reflects poorly on the intelligence of government in Russia. Of course it's probably more likely that they just don't care.
This happens with all soldiers, prisoners or not. How did navy seal sniper Chris Kyle die? Got killed by another soldier in his own country. All soldiers have a chance of going crazy after fighting in a war.
@@lunazero433 False equivalence. If you draft from convicted murderers and rapists, then it stacks the odds that they will continue acting criminally during and after. Under normal circumstances soldiers are trained, disciplined and start from a vastly different moral background. Of course PTSD experienced by a normally law abiding person looks different from PTSD experienced by a hardened criminal. Plus. Even without PTSD - A criminal set free before serving time, is a criminal set free before serving time. With or without conscription - They have not served their time. What stops them from thinking that next time they go to jail, they will just get drafted again to get out.
@@Sq7Arno what you said makes sense, but there has not been any statistics to prove it. There are also arguments that a prisoner who's willing to die for his country loves his country more than a prisoner who isn't willing to die for his country. What's stopping them from thinking the can get away with crime again? Well, of the 50k criminals that fought for wagner, over 25k of them died so yeah... the 50% chance of getting KIA is what's going to stop them from committing another crime. Also getting a pardon after completing their wagner contract does not stop them from getting mobilised into the russian army, because well... that wagner contract means that they now have combat experience and thus makes them eligible for mobilisation. Also, the wagner system has already ended, and now prisoners have to join stormZ under the ministry of defence, and the difference is that the contract lasts until the end of the war and not just 6 months, so they could well end up serving for even longer than their prison sentence.
@@nenasiekwell his reaction was not for this particular news. It's about bbc not reporting the successful soft landing of moon lander by India on the dark side of the moon
They were bad by being in prison,,, you take them out of prison and send them to a war zone with the death around them and suddenly you send them back to Russia,, what a brilliant idea😂
in my city, many former convicts fulfilled the terms of the contract by taking part in the conflict in Ukraine and returned home after receiving early release.and no one among the local citizens has seen anything like this.
@@lfeb they talk about very serious things here, and if such a thing really happened, it would immediately be covered on all channels so that local residents would be ready for such a thing -this will come out very quickly, but as I said, there is nothing like it
This shows how barbarian is the Russian government mindset. Just medieval mentality. Good thing the longer they stay in Ukraine the greater the pain will be $$$ Just wishing they’ll never recover from this loss.
Ajde a što Zapadni kolonijalisti, robovlasnici, satanisti i nacisti maltretiraju, pljačkaju i ubijaju vijekovima to je tebi normalno. Ovo zlo se mora uništiti i poraziti. 86% čovečanstva je na strani Brigsa i slobodoljubivog naroda. Slava Rusiji i velikom Putinu!!!
@@mike.e358 For example, the Ukrainian battalion Tornado, which has been participating in the war in Donbass since 2014. In March 2015, the military prosecutor's office of Ukraine opened criminal proceedings and charged representatives of the "Tornado" and "Chernihiv" battalions with the creation of a criminal organization, the commission of violent acts and murders. According to the recollections of an eyewitness, “they carried out a cleansing operation in several districts of the village. They broke into houses, broke gates, shot dogs, dragged out men of all ages, built them into columns and, under escort, led them to their base in the basement. At the same time, each of the "prisoners" had to carry with him valuable things from home, up to televisions and other household appliances. The Tornadists brutally beat the detainees, and agreed to release them only for a ransom, some residents simply had nothing to pay, and they spent days on the doorsteps of their base "". It turned out that employees of the Tornado unit set up a torture chamber in the basement of a school in Lisichansk, where they raped and tortured the local civilian population, including minors and persons of retirement age, regardless of their gender. The chief military prosecutor of Ukraine, Anatoliy Matios, said that every fourth Tornado fighter had a criminal record, and the commander of the unit, R. Onishchenko, was prosecuted five times. According to the chief military prosecutor of Ukraine, in the basements of the Privolnenskaya school, there were specially prepared means for committing violent acts, causing bodily harm, beatings and torture. According to the prosecutor, the most brutal forms of violence were sexual crimes against males, committed in a particularly perverted form with video recording of the entire process on mobile phones. In the village of Stanytsia Luganskaya, at least 11 people went missing (possibly killed) and 40 were tortured and abused. After the start of the war in 2022, the soldiers of the Tornado battalion were released. According to BBC Ukraine, as of April 2023, all Tornadoers are at large. It is known from court rulings that at least three of those released after the start of the war went to fight. Among them was Daniil Lyashuk, who died in the Bakhmut direction on April 1, 2023.
