Yeah, most drivers just freeze when something unexpected happen. I call them "point A to point B" drivers. Very incompetent.

But i do think they only make a fool of themselves with these stupid Kremlin politicians. 28000 people die every year in traffic in russia. And instead of building better roads, they start a war in a country that is not theirs. Why? Just to let more people die because of their traffic policy. Completely crazy dangerous politicians there at the Kremlin.
