Encounter Russians at District 11 Phu My Hung at my aunt's condos. A lot of foreign Japanese, Korean & Russians live there. I was attending a wedding that day and we were all going on a elevator. Old Russian dude yelled at us for no reason. Rude a$$ Russian with no class but living in the Upper Class neighborhood of Phu My Hung. I was about to give him a peace of my mind but then I was at a wedding ceremony so I had to hold back. I have a sense that all the foreigners think they are in a higher status than locals there. Which I will straight-up lay the smackdown on them and set them straight to remind them where they are staying. It's not Japan, Korea and Russia.
