Hey Phly, over in Britain we have just lost Captain Sir Tom Moore after contracting coronavirus and pneumonia. The reason his crew can tank a 50cal to the dome (03:35) is because all your crews are completely aced It even says in the crew level description "once fully spaded - can even survive a 50 calibre"

I believe that he doesn’t die because of the crews armored helmets , as well after the penetration of the turret, slowing down the bullet, with the helmet catching most of the .50

@@ZeddoBaby no, even on open top vehicles taking a .50 to the head under the brim on the helmet turns the crew red. It's b.s. considering a pilot will take a 7.7 and die like you should but the tankers just eat .50 cal.

One of the best times I had in WT, was 6-8 years ago when I played It on Bf-109K, dogfighting with Mustang at 10km altitude for 20 min. The battle ended with no kills, just 20 min of dogfighting 1vs1

Phly I would like to say that the Vitality skill in crew skills makes the crew more survivable and at higher ratings it makes them be able to survive 12.7's. Stock crews "should" die to 12.7's

Got this tank the other day, its quite insane it can kill anything at pretty much any angle but the tank is pretty bulky and easy to see and dies to pretty much anything.
