That must be sooo annoyingly frustrating having a $500 drone hovering above your $2M tank, dropping stuff, setting your engine on fire... and although you have this huge cannon, there's just no way to shoot it down, haha awesome :D

When you sit in your tank and hear a "thunk" and see a grenade dropping in, you are going to have a bad time.

Sometimes I wonder if they are just destroying abandoned vehicles that are damaged but could be retrieved and repaired later. I guess the Russians also have a chance to retrieve the damaged tank.

The last tank was likely abandoned, the drivers hatch was left open. Unless it's dropped into the turret where the ammo is stored in russian tanks, these mortar rounds and gernades the drones are dropping will have little to no effect against the armor. That's why they try to drop it into the turret if they can. If they can light off the ammo, they can destroy the tank by "cooking off" the ammo. Next best thing is disabling the engine. Other than that it's the equivalent of an elephant being bitten by a mosquito. Little to no effect.

This is not fair, Russian tank drivers going about their normal business of attacking an independent people in their own country, trying to have a nice quiet drive out in the country, parking up for a little while only to get disturbed by falling bombs, this is not fair, the mission tank drivers should not be disturbed during their tea break or when they cooking up a nice meal for themselves. A bit misleading. I mean, yep, a grenade made it through the drivers hatch but I never saw any of the tanks literally explode.

0:31 same tank you see getting grenades through the hatches later. Looks as though the engine was damaged in the first drop, conked out, and the crew bailed. I do wonder sometimes if there isn't an element of sabotage here. If I was leaving a tank, I'd at least close the hatches- seems as though the Russian crews want their coffins, er, tanks to get blown up.

Wow...tank manufactorers need to focus now also to reinforce the roof of a tank. Cause if that grenade had a copper head pinner, those mini drones might be a real problem! That means that tanks getting a new addon. A mini cam for 5$ towards the sky with motion detection could be a fast and cheap solution. Next will be built in anti drone jammer

The explosion at the end was into an empty tank, no crew, no ammo, and probably out of fuel and abandoned.
