Hello friends, welcome back to my channel. If you are new here, my name is Margarita, and I am a homemaker and a mama to 4. Today I am sharing one of our top One Pot Meals. This Dish is called Plov. It is a meat and rice pilaf. I was born in Tajikistan, so this is nothing I grew up eating all of my childhood. Today I am sharing my recipe with you. I hope you enjoy.

Growing up, my best friend's family from Moldova would make a Plov dish and I remember how wonderful it was any time I got to be present during a celebration or get together when they'd serve it. It was always made in an enormous dish and there was often cabbage rolls and sour cream served alongside. Watching you cook this brought back those memories and this looks so incredibly wholesome and delicious! Thank you for sharing it.
