I always wanted to learn Russian I can say some basic sentences but I'm going to start learning with you

I first learned this word seeing the Crocodile from Cheburashka being told to play "Blue Railway Wagon". But who could forget "AMERICAN BOY, AMERICAN JOY, AMERICAN BOY FOR ALWAYS TIME!" from Kombinatsiya?

A few days ago I found a small English Russian dictionary in church books, somebody put it there thinking it's a religious book. So I asked the priest to take it home, he told me: "Of course, Of course!" So I took it home, haha.

Gollyvoodiy. Hehe. I came to the USA at a young age (born to a Ukrainian mother and Russia father) and I always bugged them about why in Ukrainian we would almost make all of the “g’s” into “h’s” and why in Russian, we would sometimes replace the “h” with a “g”. 😂
