Most newer vehicles have access holes straight from the factory, and in many cases the extra quarter inch or half inch access holes that many other rustproofing places will drill are completely unnecessary.
Voice your concerns to the technician or the manager, and always look for certificates.
Are the people working on your vehicle even certified by corporate to do what they're doing?
