Rusted Moss : How to sequence break for achievements 

In this video you will see how to sequence break Rusted Moss right after getting the grappling hook. Some skips allow you to go for multiple achievements like "not speaking to the Seer", "finishing the game with 4 or less Titania's pieces", "getting your first Titania's piece from Maya". These skips can also be used for speedrunning the game.
If you struggle getting these skips : this is normal, they are hard to reproduce ! But feel free to ask more info if needed.
