Believe Bwana Ruto, our President is looking into this matter.....we should do better by capping the salaries of Parliamentarians and County Government officials under the law, so that people do not exploit the public as business. If you can't accept a particular salary capping, they should resign and go into private sector for the millions. That is what we should do as Kenya's.......public sector has been commercialized, and we should stop this trend.

@@titussang2958 Have you read Daudi Tonje policies or we are making assumptions. He is clear in ascension to power. Ruto wanted a fellow tribesmen and the next options were the same. The former CDF had has his extension to the limit and technically only Ogolla could ascend. Why did he send emissaries to fight him all through from Miguna to his own tribesmen, if he knew that he had options. The day my old country becomes a meritocracy is when real transition towards a developed country will start taking shape. The days of whom you know as opposed to what you know should be left behind.. The military has its own code of conduct on appointments and promotions and Ogolla was next in line. Ruto had no option cause rebelling the code might have led to a military coup. So he should stop lying about the choosing narrative 😂😂

Waaaah, this is really awkward, how can a President ridicule military hierarchy on National TV. Military live in code of conduct which respect, honour and selflessness. Let it never escape that Military has their own way of picking top leaders. The Daudi Tonje Rules dictate that the CDF seat shall rotate between Army, Narvy and Air Force Units and things were it was Air Force's turn where Ogolla was the most senior member to assume office.
