Sandra Westley from the UK well done, I am 76 and it would be impossible for either of us to get on top of our trailer, but at the start of the season we pay to have it fully serviced and completely washed and polished professionally, it looks really good, we feel at our age having had trailers for 40 years plus, we have earned being looked after, we still what to keep using our trailer so these are what you have to accept.😹😹

Stacy, get a product called: EasyLiner Select Grip PVC Shelf Liner cut it to fit under your coffee pot and anything else you have on your counter that you don’t want to move during transport. I’ve used this under my Keurig coffee pot and my coffee pod holder and never ever have had it move and we’ve owned a lot of different coaches from a 40’ class A to smaller class A’s and even class C’s and use these under stuff I want to leave out on our counter and it never moved. My paper towel holder fell over but did t slide lol. I wouldn’t recommend you leave stuff on a counter in any pull behind trailer but in the drivable these work great. Hope this helps and still empty your coffee pot out though.

Awesome job Stacey! Heal up quickly Phil! On our '15 33AA AC units, I also pour an ounce of chlorine into a solo cup of water, and then pour the mix into the condensate trays. Keeps the drip lines clear and the duck bill from getting clogged. Safe travels y'all!

I (Phil) just did AC cleaning on my front AC which is only 10 months old and got a 12° cooler differential from before and after. 56° output versus 44 now! The outside temperature is 87° and the inside temperature is 81. Even though this is a newer AC, it has been periodically shutting down because I think it is hitting some kind of a high temp shut off. I went up and the coils looked clean but holy cow! It doesn’t matter how your coils look as much as doing the routine maintenance! Wow!

My wife would volunteer... to call someone. We have the diesel Oasis® water heather and it requires a bit more annual maintenance. It also heats the RV. When it comes to AC maintenance, don't overlook the bolts that hold the unit against the gaskets.(Inside unit) The vibration going down the road can cause them to back off. I know many RVers who put the coffee maker in the sink.

Happy to hear ‘Hot Water Heater’ used by someone besides me. Maybe it’s a Texas thang for me. I’ve been called out many, many times for using those 3 words together. I’ve been asked why I use the word Hot when describing a Water Heater. People tell me Water Heater is enough to describe the piece of equipment. “Whatever”...I like Hot Water Heater. Stacy has it right!!

I did it, got up on the roof and serviced the two A/C units. As simple as you said it would be, and they were pretty clean. I bought a tool for straightening the fins but didn't use it, as you demonstrated, the brush on the cap of the cleaner did the trick. The hardest part was getting my large self up there. This would have been a $149 charge at my local repair shop. Thanks so much for this.

Hi, yes the water softener takes out the metal and calcium deposits in the water which in turn helps to protect all of your plumbing and appliances that use water. my slide-out seals were looking fine, I tried to be pro-active and coated them with the conditioner, 2 weeks later one of the seals was eaten away in several spots. makes me wish i never sprayed them down. the one part of our RV I just can't seem to find replacement parts for. as far as the AC goes, if you are not in a dirty area, you should be fine for a while, but if the area you are in is dusty / dirty off the side of a freeway or something like that, it may need maintenance much sooner. I am in southern California where it is dry and dusty. when i do our ac maintenance I simply use compressed air and blow out the condenser and evaporator. I never use chemicals if I do not have to, mostly because my wife is sensitive to odors. JB Weld ?? OK if it makes you feel good...lol I would have used an epoxy cement also. I don't like to do the same repair twice especially do to weak repairing materials. another great video, best of health and safe travels.

Sandra Westley from the UK I am amazed at how close you are to your neighbours, we have to have more room between each plot, for fire safety, our pitch’s are not long but wide you are supposed to park on you pitch like 1 1 1 which is probably 40 ft wide, Rig, awning, truck, then there is at least 12’ ft before the next, so you have privacy and cannot hear your neighbours talking or anything, and should there be a fire your far enough from your neighbours not to be involved in anyway.
