From experience, I wouldn't doubt if you have a herniated disc or more. Get an MRI and do some heated pool physical therapy.

I could write a couple of paragraphs, but I am just going to sum it up with, I miss Olive. Hell I even miss Lolo at this point. Definitely need to replace the shag with new shag.

If you pre-score that plywood at your cut line with a razor, the cut would be cleaner. Also can use painters tape over the cut line to help hold the grain together.

I would get rid of the "vi tage shag". Outdated and probably holding all dirt etc. You could use faux leather or cork fabric to recover that bit. Easy to clean and looks good. Well done Alex...you "nailed ut" alright. Feel better Frank! Hugs to baby and pup

As for the shag carpet, I bet the previous owners never cleaned it. I vote for taking it out. I wouldn’t put carpet back in either, but something easier to keep clean. I loved this video! Go Alex! I agree with ripping out the carpet. I wouldn't put fabric on the sections in high traffic areas where it will be touched frequently...like on the part to the seats. You'll just have to rip that out in the future.

With the carpet I would remove it and use something that will be easier to keep clean.

Get rid of the carpet and use waterproof laminate flooring. You can always use a low nap rug in walkway that can be tossed when stained. Baby is getting bigger and so cute.

Time to remove the carpet you guys. Easier to keep paint clean than all the carpet on the surfaces, ESPECIALLY with the baby. Hey guys, a lot can be learned by these role reversals, including why traditional roles already exist. 😂 Frankie, I had a similar problem with my arms a couple decades ago. I thought I was going to have to get surgeries. Meanwhile I decided I would see if I could work it out with weights and decided I'd either make it better or break it to where surgery was a must. It was very painful and almost impossible at first but I stayed determined, keeping at it for months. I'd grab ten pound weights in each hand and throw them around in every direction for five to ten minutes, a couple times per day. After six months I'd gained a lot of range of motion back and cut the pain considerably. By a year, I felt cured and no longer held back by all that pian that got so bad. I subsequently weaned off the weights, subconsciously, and now have a stretch routine every morning incorporated into coming down the stairs, where my legs and arms get operated to extreme positions under load. It keeps me pretty much limber, functioning, and without debilitating pain. Anyway, thought I'd share that in case you can get it to benefit you. I hope sunny Florida is treating y'all well. Y'all enjoy your time with your mom and your side of the family. Blessings to Alex's parents, sister, and the others for nurturing y'all during that spell.

There's a little muscle in the way of the arm's major nerve. It gets inflamed if stressed too much, pinching the nerve. The best thing is to use arm compression sleves to help. If it's hard to find ones that are tight enough, two on one arm work well. Then do complex arm movements with weights, to strengthen that little muscle slowly.

I had pain shooting down one of my arms which eventually turned to numbness. Thought it was coming from my shoulder which was killing me, found out it was coming from a bad disk in my neck which needs to me fixed with a surgery in which they go through my throat to take the disk out and put a one from a cadaver in. I’ve been putting it off for the last year or so and will continue until I can’t take it anymore. The numbness actually went away but the shooting pain comes and goes. As long as it goes I’m gonna keep putting it off. 🤷🏼‍♂️✌🏼😂 Good luck with your issue. I do feel your pain.

I would say - no carpet. It traps dirt and moisture.

Frankie's arms in the thumbnail lol. Seriously, you must have really enflamed some tendons or something when you did that otside trim. Try some epsom salts in the nightly baths you mentioned. Nice and hot and epsom salts. If the carpet in the RV is not stained badly, I wood shampoo it so you know it's clean and call it good. Less work. If you did replace it, maybe use something not as "shaggy".
