If you find property, go to that counties zoning department and ask them if you would be able to do something like this without interfering with any zoning restrictions. Id look for off grid properties. That would mean that there would be zero to very minimal restrictions. As with anything, do your own due diligence BEFORE purchasing. :)
@alwaysbetruetoyou thank you. When watching these types of videos I'm always curious to know what type of land and the processes they went thru. I understand each county is different but it still would be nice if they told us because it still can be very educational.
Get word out to all the brokers, your best bet is to find something that's not on the market. Some piece of land that is very awkward for anybody else to do anything on because of its shape or Location.
