I hate mosquitoes, but, they love me. If I were in a crowd of 50 people, the mosquitoes would single me out and leave everyone else alone. I can not understand why I am so attractive to the spawn from hell. I did some research. Things that Attract Mosquitoes 1. Dark Clothing. Well, that’s easy enough to fix. 2. Perfume and Scented Lotions. Again, it is fixable. 3. Pregnancy. Wow, things are starting to look up. 4. Sweat. Hmmm … I live in Texas. Heat and humidity are normal. So is sweat. Well, maybe I can blend in. 5. Blood Type “O” are 83% more likely to be bitten. Aw, come on! But hold on, maybe it’s not that bad. Type “O” is the most common blood. Hang on … maybe things are quite as bad as I thought. (The sound of a turning page.) Oh Hell … 6. Alcohol! I’m dead! Larry from Texas … Where the men are manly, and the women are not.
