At what intervals should readings of blows be taken or vice versa

good presentation, however poor health&safety handling. No rubber gloves in case of electric services obstruction, and also when lifting the hammer to get the cone out of the ground the 2nd man is keeping his hands under the hammer (can easily smash your fingers). Friendly advice, cause many may check the video and don't think about the above.

The hammer has 8kg not 8km. Thx for the video
