We are talking about french speaking countries, in AFRICA English speaking countries are generally far ahead of french speaking countries regarding political consciousness !!! Your independence is far much real than that of francophone Africa!! IT's as if they are afraid of been independent vis a vis France!!! And the worse part is that French people has no respect for them!!!! Kagame has now broken that spell of happy slave mentality. But it is deeply rooted among francophone leaders as long as the red carpet treatment is given to them they are happy!!!

I love kagame because he really loves his country am from Uganda and Rwanda is my neighbor but at least amongst many African leaders, President Paul Kagame is so unique from the others like the one of my country. Kagame has United his people and made sure that his country is corruption free.

There are lots of Kagames in Nigeria; the complexity of religion, tribal, territorial size, and corruption would make it very difficult for such a character to attain the height of power in Nigeria - difficult, but not impossible.
