The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda (ICPAR), a Rwandan Professional Accountancy Organization (PAO) has been unanimously voted to be a full member of the International Federation of Accountants.
Earlier today, my colleague Emmanuel RuzigaMasantura Spoke to the CEO of ICPAR, Amin Miramago to expound more on what this development means to Rwanda’s accountants.
