Yeah but now she's gone to the other extreme and not caring about consequences or even her own life. Like Yang said all she's been doing is just throwing herself headfirst into danger and since they aren't in the ever after anymore death will stick this time
I would agree if it weren’t for the fact that they’ve been able to take on worse by themselves. Ren in volume one solo’d the two same snake grim when pirra explains to jaune what aura is, which funnily enough I feel like rooster teeth just completely forgot exists in this universe so that’s great, I may be wrong about that cause it has been a bit since I’ve seen the newer volumes but I just feel like it’s been forgotten about entirely
kinda sucks that doing sick grimm decapitations is considered going over board now. When Ren bossed up on that snake by himself in Volume 1 it was so tight. He beat that thing with it's own teeth. Now we can barely fight one of these guys solo and it's considered dangerous? The Grimm are the most fodderyest fodder in the history of fiction. It wasn't even like Ruby got seriously injured or something, it just felt like a regular action sequence you'd expect from a show like RWBY. I like to headcanon that the reason why WBY are so upset about Ruby doing cool stuff is because they're actively seeing the budget of the show dwindling and are all like, "Ruby, quit it! You know we can't afford another action sequence. This is the 3rd time this week, we're gonna go broke!"
There is actually a lore reason and it's that with each kingdom that falls, salem gains more power from the fear and now everyone knows she exists so shes even stronger, thus, grimm are stronger.
The worst thing about Weiss's situation with her family's reputation is the fact that her father only inherited the Schnee name. He was never part of the family. Imagine having your family's name and reputation twisted into something crude and dishonest by someone who only married into it.
Yes, I hope we see more of this in Volume 10 (If there is one), because Weiss in Volume 9 was just comedic relief, but it showed her upset about Atlas once in the beginning, so I hope it goes deeper into that, and it shows in this movie she has PTSD from Atlas’s fall. I know in this movie it’s addressed at the end but it was just a 5 second conversation and she was somehow over it. Sorry I’ve been needing this rant. 😅
I hope if there IS a season 10 Proper, they use it to just *_F--ing END_* Salem’s winstreak then and there… Like maybe just have RWBY snag the staff for a split second to send the crown and lamp to The Ever After and trick Salem into swan diving after them. The Ever After would REFUSE to let her leave until she’s either ready to ascend or grow as a person, which would either way diffuse the situation back on Remnant…. And then we could have hooks for seasons 11+ by saying that The Sword of Destruction that’s under Beacon CAN open such portals to the EA, but in a way that would most likely collapse the two universes into each other permanently. So the stakes would stay as high as ever BUT the playing field is more even for the last stretch of the race.
@DragonQueen69 Silly Billy… People don’t “let things die” anymore if they have a vested interest in them… We still have fans of shows from 20ish years ago clamoring for new content, and they sometimes win even! Like Samurai Jack or Invader Zim. Besides, last I heard Rooster Teeth may have more likely than not have secured a new potential buyer or few for the franchise, so I suspect the show will go on. In what form, I do not know, but _anything_ is better than what’s happening NOW.
@DragonQueen69 and Monty's era RWBY fight scenes. Those were awesome as well. I'm glad RWBY is being discontinued anyway. Show is a mess that can never be salvaged from. Heck, if ppl think the 6th Halo game is bad, they haven't seen RWBY yet
I 100% agree RWBY deserves their own movies!!!🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🎥🎥🎥🎥🎥🎥🎥🎥🎥🎥🎥🎥🎥🎥🎥🎥🎥🎥🎥🎥🎥🎥🎥🎥🎥🎥🎥🎥🎥🎥🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
@@essentialcollectibles2153 At this point I will accept either so long as the end result isn't garbage... and if they're going the movies route, then -- other than the usual executive meddling BS, regardless by whom & from what directions, all of which put the whole series in this sad situation to begin with -- there's no reasons that they can't do multi-part movies; the amount of content spanned didn't stop Infinity Saga Avengers, Deathly Hallows, etc. or hells even THIS movie which no one asked for (*not* because it was a multi-part movie, but because we all wanted entirely RWBY-focused content instead, and the very idea of canon crossovers was antithetical to that) from going such a route
Goodbye RWBY Rose, i had lots enjoyements with your 9 seasons. The end as come (studio is soon dead), not a true end, just an open end to what we can imagine and nothing more, RIP, forever in my mind. Thanks
@@jonathonsirlord8251Yang didn't necessarily "neglect" Ruby per se, attempting to talk to her multiple times before being interrupted by something, which constantly took the focus away from Ruby until she blew up. And no, Yang forming a relationship with Blake does NOT automatically mean she cares more Blake than her own sister.
@@benfrawley7167 never said anything for you to make the last part & all of this will be brought up properly in 10 & she apologize for not being there to save her
Unpopular opinion, up until he worked with Arthur watts, Jacques Schnee wasn’t the bad guy. He was a business owner and when the embargo was put in place the amount of product he sold dropped so mass layoffs were inevitable. Where he did screw up was rigging the election, Robyn would have lifted the embargo and then Jacques could probably have bribed the rest of the council to keep the worker’s rights exactly the same
On March 6, 2024, Rooster Teeth announced that the company would shut down. On April 15, 2024, Rooster Teeth announced that both the FIRST program and their website and apps would shut down on May 15, 2024.
@@JeiVron294 please calm down. I posted more than a month ago, the news of the takeover arrived 5 days ago, of course that makes me happy, I was very saddened by the brutal end of an animated series which really pleased me brand. I wish all the best for the future
Seriously, wtf. Why are the girls still not working together after that whole drama in fantasy land or whatever? Are the writers trying to deliberately kill RWBY due to contracts and stuff? When is this 'I don't trust you act' going to end?
God I do hope we get to see a glimpse of Volume 10. I know RT shut down but RWBY Lives on. Hopefully Crunchyroll or a certain company can bring it back and maybe rebooted too.
The dialogue feels very good from at least this scene with ice incline feels a lot better than anything that we had volume seven or volume eight so maybe volume 10 will actually be good it will be a return to Ruby actually being kind of good and not being terrible the only thing I don't like though is how Ruby feels kind of childish now like it feels like Ruby left the Ever After and then girl plays with someone else because it feels like Ruby is it exactly even herself but who knows maybe in volume 10 will actually elaborate on this development with Ruby
Honestly, in what direction is RWBY headed? I just watched Volume 1 again and realized the direction of the show is just so.... random. It feels like every time a volume ends, the production teams meets to discuss how they can pan out the series further.
JL x RWBY was great and all but I hated the first scene, like Ruby shouldn't be acting like that, she should've been wiser, less selfish, mature after volume 9. The perfect and final version of Ruby.
Wow see what the characters in RWBY can do when the action anime remembers the ACTION? Too late tho hope RWBY is dead at 9 so it can finally be put out of its misery
She lost her kingdom and her home, and that's just part of the problem. She's also dealing with her family's bad reputation due to her father's actions. The worst part of it being that her father only inherited The Schnee name, he wasn't born into it. One family's good name and legacy were tarnished because Willow married the wrong man.
