The fact they brought Penny back to life specifically to kill her again feels like they’re going out of their way to get a reaction from the fans. I mean, they had a whole plot element of them methodically building Penny and body and saving her from being hacked and it amounted to absolutely nothing

I'll always say that RT handled Penny probably the best out of any character and they stabbed us through the back when they decided she also needed to die.

I can live with the first time she died because I understand the narrative behind it. Second time on the the other was forced just for the sake of drama and to give the heroes an "L". She lost both her life and the Relic. Worse all of them, including her, were nerfed so the villains can win. It's Volume 3 on a bad do over.

@@kidprime6863 While I don't understand why the writers decided she would die, I do understand (or at least have a theory) that since Penny had just become human, she still hadn't figured out that she was now made of "squishy guts". I mean, every previous time Cinder hit her with that claw, she got away unscathed. Her robot body could tank hits

She put herself and that damn Relic at risk. And she lost both. This was all Ironwood's, Ace-Ops', Watts', Tyrian's and Cinder's fault!

It was perfect down to the last minute detail then they killed her now human girlfriend so ruby had to hold out for sloppy seconds just like her mom
