Bit late, but how much does it cost overall for the swap

@@arlyy498 Never too late my friend. Well so far I'm around 20k ish into it. Long story but i got a brand new REW block from Mazda and it was defective (burning oil). It never left the shop. Discovered the issue during break in period. So the shop is doing a street port on it now and rebuilding it. I went with higher end stuff so it all depends on the ecu/injectors/turbo/fuel pump etc. If you did all the work and used cheaper stuff you could do it for around 10k no problem.

The ones currently on the car right now ain’t really flush fitment, but they do fit and don’t rub at the current height, its 18x10.5 +22 all round but planning on putting my te37v on it with semi slicks down the line, in my opinion best wheels to fit would be 18x9.5 +22

Renesis is a 13b. It’s also the fastest and most reliable N/A rotary. (Still not reliable, but more so than an OG n/a 13b).

@@brandonbennett7865 why? Do you plan to turbo it? The renesis is the most powerful N/A 13b and despite its flaws and reputation, more reliable than previous iterations of the 13bs

@@AlicesMazduhs I've gained a lot more knowledge since I made this comment. I'm going to have a 13b REW swapped into it and have it full bridgeport with RX8 rotors and have it making about 350-400 hp. Looking at the kit from CXRacing for the install and the there is a wiring kit to allow compatibility but I plan to take it to Angel Motorsports and see if they can do it to save me a lot of time and all that fun stuff.

13b rew is a twin turbo engine, 13b msp is Multi Side Ports

@@nyxzyrus383 have you read the reply from the owner? As he confirmed: it's an S1 with recaro seats from an R3 and R3 body.

No it's actually quite easy to port your rotary. They sell templates online you can just trace and port. A full bridge is pretty aggressive for street. It's better to half bridge for drive ability on the street. But, the braaap is almost worth it.
