Wow I thought I may have ago at making a cup of tea . But I'm put off now . "Do you take milk?" 'No" That was a real curved ball. The lady handled it really well.

1. Ask candidates name. 2. Shake hands. 3. Say your name. 4. Allow time for them to respond to all queries. 5. Use a teapot. 6. Milk in mug, first. 7. Add sugar, using a dry spoon. It really annoys me when people put a wet spoon in the sugar bowl, leaving behind lumps of tea or coffee... Never squeeze a teabag with your thumb, as this may cause injury, and is grossly unhygienic.

Very helpful but the way he takes his tea is an abomination
