My father used to be a singer he sang folk and country he passed 3 years ago and don’t get me wrong I didn’t like country back then cus yeah I life in belgium but after his death I feel like country music is the only thing he left for me (thanks stepmom😂). But this was his last songs he used to cover before he knew he would have die . I am just sharing this cus I miss him and I don’t. Know. I would like to show him these covers.

First time I ever heard this song was 2002 down in Mexico. Six of us took off on Harleys and rode down into Mexico for a month. One of the guys had a CD with this song. Lots of stories about that trip I’ll never forget.
