Bowen is definitely getting better. I know many pick with him but the man has dedicated his life to the sport and I’m sure he does very well for himself.
All credit to him, but if you look at the people his weight he isn't world class, not even close. The trouble with putting weight on is that the opposition is so much stronger. At his weight you are talking about people like Irakli and John. Hell, lrakli could weigh 95kg and beat the 107kg Ryan (easily).
Maateiwarange was really impressive..todays form would win the over the top tournament, but..Lachlan is better now than back then also. Recovering from injury I heard. I think Chance is a good match for Lachlan..Todd is better than Chance. Lucky it was Maateiwarange I’m thinking. Some more strength training for Ryan and a little more time to catch up to Chance.
Solid analysis, and you're right about Bowen - he's looking way healthier on this new training program. If he can bunker down and focus for a few months, he'll be at a new level. I'm sure they'll have him at AWE2. Btw, saw you in the live chat!
@@ryan_turner yeah..just more time..he is looking good and heading the right direction for sure. I seen ya also..I’m glad you have interest in all pullers. Works good for me. Oh how’s all the commotion with RVJ..haha..That guys awesome..also..I understand his frustrations with the competition very well. I think Devon was being nice..RVJ missed it and smart ass Devon came out to play. 2 guys with mouths that don’t stop..I think they are both terrific.. RVJ is serious talent..pretty much apart from Devon in usa.no one can be sure what would happened if he came to pull.
@@adamhastie5718 I don't actually want to see RVJ face Larratt. He's been out of the game for a bit now and he needs a reasonable first opponent. Heck, maybe even go to a local tournament to get the rust off. I've seen him at a few local tournaments and I think it's good for him. We need him to fall back in love with the sport
@@ryan_turner me either..right away I thought shhh Rob ..Leonidis not Devon..he would crush leonidis no training..just another newbie.. Right after that I said in comments..forget that Devon stuff..that’s a waste of everyone’s time.. All it was is funny..and only funny if your amongst friends..every RU-vidr wants to make more of it then just funny back and forth that should just be forgotten next day.

Adding to the delusional series... funny challenging Chance and Todd way to far of a gap, Bowen needs to be realistic to the people he fights specially PPV. He should go back and pull with amateurs he is far from elite level maybe in 5yrs more.
Ryan has already been training for Ten Years and is 32 years old. This is his Prime. Unless he hasn’r been training hard enough then he likely won’t get much stronger from here on out.
@@maalikserebryakov he doenst use steroids while everyone else uses, he literally is not even on trt anymore he is not pumping any hormones in his body!!! It does not matter How he trains or any other things whatsoever, he doenst stand a chance against the elite
It's a still image, Bowens was getting pinned when this screenshot happened. We also went with running fouls so that match would have continued regardless.
The big win is that Bowen and his team, partner/wife are doing all for him to follow his dream and build his ventures. Quality athletes and event. Thanks all.
Decent match tbh, shame bowen got shut out really I geuinely think he's been making some decent progress, maybe he should stick to his weight class haha. Shows that Lachlan is still the clear top dog in oceania
Sounds like Bowen had a fun match, but as I tough going up in weight class is were you really need your riser strength to follow your weight. But Maateiwarangi being 160 kg is wild, he must have some broad shoulders.
Maatei was clearly a man on a mission. Lost to Lachy, saw the practice sessions of Bowen beating Lachy and decided he wasn't gonna slip further down the rankings
The event didn't open until halfway through our card. We had a limited window of time to utilise the cage before the sporting event began. This was part of a giant sports festival.
@@stramniczny The gates weren't open as the festival hadn't started yet. We were lucky enough to be able to utilise the octagon prior to the mma event, but we had to start before the festival started. After the Arm Wrestling finished, the festival was open and we had a fantastic time with the public as I'd set up 8 tables for use. Lots of footage of big crowds enjoying the sport on my instagram page.
Great video mate, glad you enjoyed the show. First time I've seen your channel, I'm definitely subscribing. You speak well and give excellent clear concise opinions. Keep up the good work.
Whoa, look who it is! Again, great show yesterday. I even found myself interested in pullers I hadn't heard of because of the backstory provided by the commentary. Thanks for tuning in and the kind words!
@@ryan_turner Yeah haha he is the ultimate troll. He literally pissed Engin off so much in the Arm Wrestling forums over the years he's been banned 3 times haha
BLUE is unable to hit 160 kgs to Begin with he is not tall enough, his hearth and frame is not big enough to carry such a mass, he might develop health issues with the amount of steroids and food trying to reach this wheight and likely die
@@anders7159 You missed my point, which was that a match between 107 KGs and 160 KGs is meaningless, the gap is way to big. You can't make any assumptions about either athletes performance because the result is just based on the weight difference anyways. No matter your frame or heart, being a human and weighing 160+ KGs and taking PEDs (to be able to reach that weight in the first place) is unhealthy and will shorten your life time by years.
@@dfg12382 not really, If you are 6'7" to 7 ft tall you Can reach this wheight withouth much complication and maintain It without issues usually.. you Can see the example of WWE wrestlers and strongmen, there is a certain frame and hearth size required to maintain a certain amount of muscle
@@anders7159 Yea then you're not really listening to Hafthor Bjornson who's talking a lot about his health recently (and he said he is risking a lot by going back into Strongman) or Eddie Hall who said he probably shortened his life by a decade when he chose that lifestyle. 160 KG is not a human weight, even if you are above 200 cm, 120 KGs is way healthier for you, your bone structure, your joints and your heart
@@dfg12382 well hafthor competitive wheight was 200 kg!! I dunno If he is still planning to be this wheight but It is indeed a bad Idea at his age over 30 specially because 200 kg is Far above 160 as you mentioned, but he being 6'9" can walk around in 160 kg Just Fine, and as for Eddie hall well he is Just 6'1" tall like ryan he has no business being 150 kg or more
