This isn't true. I've seen many arms break in arm wrestling matches, even when people have the form that this guy is recommending. If it happens to be that your arm and shoulder ligaments and muscles are stronger than your arm bone, you just have a risk of breaking the bone. It's just body mechanics.
I've actually got the same problem like Mask, Lol. I can't get into a hook, or else I'm fucked. And also, I toproll EXACTLY like Mask. I'm a huge fan of his Lol.
If the armpit line breaks the table plane then the arm is in a decline and refs need to call it. I also think both competitors should have the option of waving the rule before the match, if both agree then rule is not in effect.
The arm straightening thing is helpful but truly not necessary for an effective kings move. The pressure comes from switching the direction your opponent is hitting against from opening your bicep to trying to spin your elbow and humerus in opposite directions. It's incorporating structure into the match the same way a hook is except in an open position.
starting arm wrestling and trying to get as much info possible as i can and oh boy watching your video just cleared so many things in my head thank you
When it will it will be a great day for that sport.. it's 100% ruinning for anyone who don't use it.. and who can recognize the complete ridiculeness of that move..
I hate the kings move even though I like MMT and Devon as arm wrestlers. It’s an unfair advantage because in most cases, the arm wrestler’s arm is all the way stretched out, which if I made the rules, I would consider a loss or a foul. Also, if you’re having to use leverage(dipping below the table with all your weight, etc) it is almost no longer arm wrestling. Btw, my favorite E vs. W pre mach video work was when you were doing the content. Any chance you’ll do E vs W again? 🤞
Hey can u help me with this one I am a toproller with pronation as my key strength My friends uses drag hook I have 25% more lat pressure than him But when we both go for hook nd drag I get wrist flexion and Backpressure but in one surge my knuckles get turned up ...making my Backpressure useless...and ultimately putting all load on my bicep What should i improve more?
You're losing your pronation to his wrist flexion. Apply more posting brachioradialis pressure into his fingers and get stronger pronation so that he has a harder time turning you palm-up
@@ryan_turner i think my weaknesses are wrist flexion(my wrist doesn't bend back but i dont have insane cupping strength )and supination(coz i barely train it ) i m tired of training pronation My pb is 35 kg ( if i want i can toproll him form centre) But in pulls if we go hook i feel powerless So my ques is If going hook vs hook cupping nd supination comes into play? Is that the reason of my losing?
Ryan, are you still doing E vs W? I don’t recall seeing you in the last one but E vs W 7 stands out to me because you had some great interviews and behind the scenes content. No disrespect to Coach Ray but I really enjoyed the way you put content together.
As a Georgian, Levan is reaky popular in our country, almost everybody knows who he is or at least can identify him by a photo, however I can't say that he is a celebrity. Yes, he does participate in game shows and often appears on tv, however he is mainly known for his achievements in armwrestling. BTW if you are interested in Levan's funny videos like this one, you should watch some comedy sketches that he has appeared in, just search in youtube "comedy show levan saginashvili" and you will find many interesting stuff (sadly in georgian only)
Concerning the RvJ Bowen caricature picture, RvJ recently said in one of his videos he did not have a good time at EvW and didnt like the vibes. He said he would not pull there in the future and has no plans of ever going back to Turkey.
