+StahlmetallerM ive got nothing against good midi drums, but quality improves about a billion times with a real drummer (obviously). more to the point - this guy should be able to get a drummer at this stage.

+StahlmetallerM I actually like the drums. It's like ambient banjo hip hop aka a lot of fun. The way he plays though, he should just get a sitar.

+Pota7o Potato (Pot4to) Midi drums are amazing if you just give them a couple of effects. With some chorus/phaser/flanger they would sound amazing.

@@FunkywimHD You should learn what the difference between sound and performance is. A performer listens, sound quality and effects cant replace listening. This sounds like sh1t because people have grown accustomed to listening to sh1t.

What kind of amp do you even use for banjo? Acoustic guitar amps, normal ones, something different altogether?

Really cool sound . The beat isn’t working for me . Needs like a slight shaker or mellow tapping of tambourine, doumbek or frame drum even . That stuffs in the DAW too . Is this guy from ‘ Dirtwire’ ? I was digging them but kinda felt they rely on the DJ as a drummer and it’s kiiiinda working idk . I use midi controllers for percussion sometimes it’s cool because I need that clock ⏰ on me I space out . Mostly l go for real Djembes and Bodhran and Traps 🪤 and such . I get it though . Just saying in this video the drum part idk kinda adversarial in a way
