He must look after himself. Plenty of physio, strengthening exercises, healthy diet. Sack the booze. I think most if not all older skaters at high level look after themselves. Even then, it's still nuts what he still does.

Ryan is a beast! He is killing it for so long! I am also 37 and totally blown away what he does at his age. The bail where he rolled both ankles and hit his head was brutal. He got back up and made it. Hats off!

You can't see your landing at the top of the stairs. You really have to have a trick on lockdown to do that and not clip.

These gaps are 10x scarier when coming out of narrow stairs. I used to skate narrow 8 and 10 stairs and your mind keeps thinking you're going to hit the side and go flying

Scott voluntarily hung it up professionaly. I ran into him last year and he said he's going to school and just doing his own thing. He doesn't want any skating attention at all. He's still really good though.
