I met Ryan Garcia randomly at a hotel in the Woodland Hills area of Van Nuys, CA. The kid is honestly a bright young man with a positive attitude towards life. This was shortly after losing to Davis and I told him that I still believed he was a true champion and that I was impressed by his abilities. He was so appreciative, he got up from the table, took a picture with me, shook my hand and said he appreciated the support and that it meant the world to him. Such a great kid.
