I love that he's taking responsibility, it would be easy to shift blame off himself, but he's taking control. You can just hear the difference in a seasoned play caller vs. what we had with Waldron. I think by the end of the year we are going to love what we see. Detroit showed you what we are capable of, now it's a matter of being consistent with it and refining. This is still a year where the coaches are figuring out what we have and what we can do, we were spoiled a bit by a 3-0 start. Can't wait to see what this team does against our biggest division rival.

O line will look a lot better when you trust them and get to running the ball. You can't just abandon the run because you had 1 or 2 stuffs. Its hard for o line to protect on 40 50 pass pro attempts

Need grubb to call quicker hitting downhill plays in the right situations. Pulling lineman at the 1 yd line, unblocked DEs on 4th down qb play actions, or even 4th downs the offense clearly isn’t ready to run with 3 sec left on the play clock. Can’t do that against the Niners.

He's competent in the spread throwing 40+ times a game in college. The spread doesn't work in the nfl. Non-complimentary philosophy. If he was accountable he would have seen the writing on the wall, but he was clouded by the 3-0 start and all the extra possessions the defense was giving them playing against rookie and 3rd string qb's. His "taking the blame" is 3 games too late.

I’m thinking about last game and the next one and the same context as the first and second half of that Denver game. Grubb can adjust and he will. Like he said, he could’ve called 9 other plays on that 4th down that were better. He’s gonna figure out how to shorten that list down to 1 or 2 and with Geno’s ability we will be cruising!

And I support not calling play action on 4th and short when we’ve been dropping back the entire game with NO run game.. That NYG game was embarrassing. Another game like that from Grubb will get him fired, because hes showing his decision making isnt ready at the NFL level. This isnt the players faults, its the coaches (and the OL)

I just hope that they have not been trying to show their hand and been saving the best plays for our division games where it matters the most. And we will see a whole differnt play call as we battle our division rivals. As much as the players have been talking about mike mcdonald calling plays that will be in formations that will have the op offense not know what we are about to do. So Grub and mcdonald please prove us all wrong and bring your A game for this Thursday game. Even with the depth back ups we have in place that will out shine the 9iners at our home field. I believe in you guys and our team and the 12s will be here to do what we do best.

We're 32nd in Rushing attempts! How are we last in rushing attempts when Seattle is known for prioritizing the run game before the pass. I'm glad we're doing good at passing but it also gives the o-line and geno some leverage!

Yes, the last 2 sucked, but there has been excitement and function that we didn't see last year. And the last game went so bad, but they did not quit! They didn't just turn it into pro bowl play. They gave it their all to the last second. I am happy with this team, even though things went wrong. Obviously, some holes need closing, but the fact that we looked bad can mean something is actually changing. Kinda like things get messy before getting better. GO HAWKS!😉👍💚💙💚💙💚💙

Finally a nod to running the football. Always been a part of the game and always will be. Too many people with computers telling us that running the ball is no longer important and the position should be undervalued. Bill Belichick said that the greatest Football Player he has ever seen in his lifetime is Jim Brown. Plain to see what happens to Draft position and the loss of Cap space when the Quarterback is the most Over Valued position in all of sports.

We are out manned in this game. Kittle, Deebo, Aiuk, and their running game will wear hawks down. Seahawks lost the Will to fight in the last game. Got to go all in on this one. Uchenna Nwosu is out for another 5 weeks or so. Someone needs to step up and make a name for themselves. Can Johnathan Hankins please play more than first down. He’s the only guy that clogs up the middle. It’s okay if he’s stuck in there on a pass play. Jareen Reed getting man handled in the middle.

I agree. You have to get the ball to Ken and Zach more, but you also have to know when not to and when to throw the ball up the field, sir. Sometimes, the run game suffers because opposing teams rush at Ken and Zach. We have to hold the line better while Geno is setting to throw or pass the ball. The opponents are getting to him way too often, which requires him to throw the ball away resulting in interceptions or out of bounds plays. Relieve the pressure. Defending better on offense has to be the emphasis going forward. I see opposing teams defend well on offense all the time. We can, too!👌💯☺️🫶💚💙
