To be honest if he really lets go and wanting to be happy… he would not left his ex-wife in hell to battle all the law suit on her own. A better person would at least try to help, given that they have been together for so long. So do not call him a great guy. He is just a normal guy with slight hateful personality.
This video really “balance” everything out about the whole Ryan and Sylvia saga. I used to think that Sylvia played more of the bad person (or at least the internet is quick to judge and demonise her). What really changed my impression of Slyvia was when Ryan tried to rationalise her behaviour and decision-making, realising despite all the unpleasantness in the workplace, she still does a lot of good by making sure the business prospers, bringing enough dough so that NOC could have enough to go around and feed their people. She reminds me that some people will suffer from the shorter end of the stick, the crowd will hate on you even though your intentions are good but somehow I must acknowledge that her approach to her staffs could have been better :)
I wouldn't call her intentions good considered how she treated some of them n is still suing people.. Causing others harm with the excuse of "good intentions" isn't acceptable.

I be honest , Ryan probably the nicer boss , good for starting up a company, but eventually he will need another Sylvia to drive the company to new heights or at least to survive. It’s always the case in a successful business . So enjoy the restart while it lasts, all the best
He doesn’t need anyone. You gotta ask yourself, you focusing on him how are you going to do better? That marriage was an unfortunate one, brought out the worst and it’s human to see sadness and accept it as that.

Hope to hear from Sylvia! I hope she’s doing fine. All the saga aside, I miss seeing her on screen. She was one of the best talents in NOC in my opinion.
I dont think it is fair to judge their relationship or judge who is the victim and who is the monster. I think for them things took a turn to the South when NOC became a sensation overnight and it became a serious business. Like you can see the r/s no longer exist and it is NOC 24/7. It just consumes everyone and everything. It will take some time for them to get over things that happened so quickly and so fast.
I was so relieved when he said all the noc vids are just private and saved, not gone or deleted 😭 I had so much regrets when I didn’t rewatch some of them in time

Yes in my era the whole school would watch public caning during assembly, is difficult to plan and life might throw u some stuff that throw u out of the comfort zone, very important letting go

I really enjoy this Ryan guy. Mind you the last video or Sylvia just not caring about and hearing her husband and calling her team disoriented. That is the downfall to Sylvia.
