It is scary to see the text messages of NOC Girlboss, on fat shaming and labelling people 'stupid', 'f***face'... while not everything is clear at this point in time, what is clear is perhaps the toxic work environment that she is creating. Anyone can get PTSD from working with her, tbh.

(some mistakes bigger than others) But the real people suffering is the employees. They aren't paid, forced to OT, shamed for what they wear and their mental illness and apparently played favourites amongst talents. But somehow got sideline because Sylvia cheated on Ryan, Ryan is manipulative. Like all these don't explain the verbal abuse you put the employees through and also don't explain how you withhold their pay like tf????

Lmao I honestly didn't even know this drama happened until RU-vid suddenly recommended me a video about it last week. And tbh I am mostly apathetic towards it, I've never really had a good impression of NOC because I didn't hear good things about them when I was part of the industry (I never worked with NOC, but the people I met kinda viewed NOC in a negative light in terms of their practices and overall lack of professionalism, but do note that I was working with the older generation, the type that has been filming shows in Singapore and overseas for decades... so boomers, basically). That said, I am most likely gonna just wait for the police investigations. Both sides are clearly messed up, and both sides are also mixing truths with lies. I just find it ridiculous that these people are airing their dirty laundry out in public. If the employees really felt like they had 'no choice', then bring it up to MOM to start an investigation. Why bring it to the internet?

Wow i just found out about it, im from indonesia and became NOC watcher (not subs until much later) in my early days of youtube in my college days NOC is one of the first singaporean youtube channel that i actually watch, and i dont follow their account in other platform, kinda shocking about this, all of this dispute is very eye-opening for me, alot of things that looks okay and flawless in their video but there is certainly a crack inside I just found out some of the favourite talents resigned because of work-related issues were annoying me, and i hope if criminal allegation is true, the person who did that would get appropriate consequences just like DK

It’s honestly dis-respectful to disclose someone;s private chats. I get that the admin is trying to reveal some toxic stuff but it’s wrong to share information without consent ( in the case it makes sense bc the people in question obviously wouldn’t give consent,) and as for bias towards Ryan being the better person,the verbal abuse shown in the chats he has towards his brother-in-law is pretty bad and disrespectful.Maybe that’s why Sylvia was being nasty to him bc she was done with his behaviour. Still, it’s no excuse for her actions towards the company and why she shows her frustrations at the talents.I’d say both parties are highly sus here 🤷‍♀️.
