I so wish i had seen your video a week ago. I paid for priority boarding for my wife and myself, for outbound and return, so got stung 4 times for the extra bag!
It’s a great business model isn’t it. Right from the off, the first interaction a customer has with these airlines, is deliberately over complicated confusing websites littered with tricks and hard sell marketing ploys designed to confuse & trip customers up and get them to spend more often without even realising it. You’re completely right- it’s a con.
