Good video. I only played hockey once in school, and this is primary and high school in Sydney Australia. If schools could make it as regular a game as soccer or basketball Australia could grow the game massively and have a professional domestic league and would certainly dominate the game.

good theory but exprience has taught me that a more upright stance will produce more of the power hinted at, at the bigining of the video. also leading through the swing with the left elbow before a quick snap of the wrists aids in the power. as far as accuracy goes repitition of the swing that works for the individual is the best solution.
