Nope. By itself the Camera Bag is not waterproof, neither are the Tank & Tail bags. The tank bag comes with a 15L Dry Roll Bag, which is waterproof. So you can put the camera bag in the dry roll bag and put the whole thing in the tank bag, which is also 1-2inch expandable. The tail bag comes with 24L + 12L + 12L dry roll bags, so that also is not waterproof by itself. I have both the tank bag and the tail bag.
